For Tournament Organizers

What is KOPAPLAY?

KOPAPLAY is a platform designed to help organizers manage soccer tournaments and leagues from start to finish.

With KOPAPLAY you can:

• Create tournament registration pages
• Accept team payments online
• Manage team rosters and player waivers
• Generate schedules and brackets
• Enter live match results
• Share standings and statistics
• Give referees access to submit match data
• Allow fans to follow the tournament in the mobile app

How much does it cost?

There are no setup fees and no monthly fees for organizers.

KOPAPLAY charges a small platform fee per team registration, which is added to the registration cost and paid by the team during sign-up.

For Teams

How do I register my team?

Teams can register through the tournament’s registration page provided by the organizer. The process includes:

1. Team information

2. Roster submission

3. Player waivers

4. Online payment

Once completed, the team will appear in the tournament dashboard.

Can I edit my team roster?

Yes. Team managers can update players through their KOPAPLAY account before the roster deadline set by the organizer.

I forgot my password

Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

For Players

Do I need an account?

In most tournaments, players only need to:

• Be added to the roster by the team manager
• Sign the digital waiver

Some tournaments may require players to create an account to access additional features.

How do I sign the waiver?

You will receive a waiver link by email or from your team manager. Simply open the link and sign digitally.

For Referees

How do referees enter match results?

Referees receive access to the Match Card page where they can submit:

• Final score
• Goals and scorers
• Yellow and red cards
• Match incidents

This information updates the tournament standings automatically.

Mobile App

What can I see in the KOPAPLAY app?

The app allows players and fans to follow tournaments live:
