1. About KOPAPLAY

KOPAPLAY is a digital platform designed to assist organizers in managing soccer tournaments, leagues, and sporting events, including team registrations, payments, scheduling, results, standings, and related event management features.

KOPAPLAY provides technology tools but does not organize, operate, or control the tournaments or events listed on the platform.

Each tournament or league is operated independently by its respective organizer.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under their account

KOPAPLAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Tournament Registration and Payments

Teams may register for tournaments through the platform and pay registration fees online.

Important:

• Tournament fees are determined by the event organizer, not by KOPAPLAY
• KOPAPLAY may charge a platform service fee added to the registration cost
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers

KOPAPLAY is not responsible for refunds, disputes, cancellations, or event changes made by organizers.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Tournament organizers using KOPAPLAY are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information
• Managing team registrations
• Communicating tournament rules and schedules
• Handling refunds, cancellations, or disputes

KOPAPLAY acts only as a technology provider.

5. Player Participation and Waivers

Players participating in tournaments may be required to sign digital waivers through the platform.

By signing a waiver, players acknowledge the risks associated with sports participation and release the organizer and related parties from certain liabilities, as defined in the waiver document.

KOPAPLAY only provides the digital signing mechanism and does not enforce or interpret waiver agreements.

6. Platform Usage

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security
• Access accounts or data without authorization

KOPAPLAY reserves the right to restrict access or remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, technology, trademarks, and software related to KOPAPLAY are the property of KOPAPLAY or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Payment processors
• Mobile app stores
• Streaming or media providers

KOPAPLAY is not responsible for the policies, performance, or availability of these services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOPAPLAY shall not be liable for:

• Injuries occurring during tournaments or sporting activities
• Tournament cancellations or schedule changes
• Organizer disputes or refund issues
• Data entered incorrectly by users or organizers
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users participate in events at their own risk.

10. Service Availability

KOPAPLAY strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions.

11. Termination

KOPAPLAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

KOPAPLAY may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
